Flagstaff Surveying, Inc. is owned and operated by Lee W. Stadele, PLS and Steven J. Sellars, PLS
We opened our business in 1992 with the main focus on providing superior quality surveying. Lee and Steven are involved with every project from start to finish.
Some surveyors are concerned with providing the "minimum" services as fast as possible. We are concerned with providing the BEST service possible.
All of our work is performed to the highest standards possible and has stood out as the best in Boulder County for over a quarter of a century.

Lee has been surveying in the Boulder County area since 1983. He supervises drafts and researches every type of survey. Lee's best strengths involve the research and retracement of mining claims, Sectional breakdowns, and boundary surveys (especially in the mountains).
Lee is also very familiar with design topographic surveys, subdivision plats and residential construction.
Lee also has experience as an expert witness. Most notable was his recent testimony in the "Kirlin" land grabber case.
